It's been a while since I've played a "bad" character, and I thought it might be fun. I'm a fan of wanton destruction, sarcasm and nice artwork. This looks like a nice group of people, and I would love to help wipe out some Jedilings. Well, now... I ask for help getting started. What are some recommendations? (I beg that you give me vivid, colorful opinions on what I should do for everything.)

First you wanna post an IC introduction thread in the Black Gate and waiting for one of our Knights or Masters to get to you. (Who knows, I might do it myself if I'm feeling up for it.) Once you do that, you roleplay that thread, then your instructor will take you through a 'training thread' in The Training Grounds where you'll ICly learn things. In the meantime, feel free to post OOC at both TGC and TSC, and also get involved with some roleplays over at TGC as well. And that's more or less it! Also, have fun. That's cool too.

However, when I get back, I would be happy to prove that I am an unlikely candidate for having a boring character (ever), and I feel confident in my abilities to write a cohesive story and apply that knowledge to role-playing. Again, I apologize for popping and and popping out, but those children don't herd themselves into the camps... (I have a cabin counselor job followed by possible surgery. On the bright side, I'll make money for the job, and my health insurance pays for the possible surgery in full. THAT, and I get to learn about cool, new anesthesia techniques.) I do look forward to RPing with you cats when I return, though. I wish you all many Jedi speared on the ends of your lightsabers and fruitful lives IRL.

Long story. Anyways, as it turns out, I have about an hour or two a day (usually) where I can be on a computer. Thus, I figured I'd work on getting a character going here. So... I ask: What are the prerequisites to role-playing on this site? Do I need to have a bio figured out before I start, or can I concoct one as I go? And has the availability of people who can train me gone up since I've left?
